Thank you for your purchase! Please read our policy carefully before submitting a request.
📦 All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with gameplay or product experience
- Opened or used items
We provide detailed product descriptions, images, and gameplay information so you can make an informed purchase before ordering.
🔁 Replacements (Damaged or Defective Items Only)
We will gladly replace your item if it arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
To request a replacement, you must:
- Submit your request within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Upload clear photo proof showing the damage or issue
If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
🚫 Non-Eligible Situations
We do not offer replacements or refunds for:
- Items marked as delivered but not received
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Normal wear and tear or misuse
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it:
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
⏱ Processing Time
- Replacement requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days
- Approved replacements are processed and shipped promptly
